How the remote side works
Cloud software, set up for you
The bookkeeping, VAT and payroll run on cloud software that comes with the fixed monthly fee. You photograph a receipt in the van or on site, and it lands where it belongs without you rebuilding the year in January.
A plain answer, not a ticket
Questions come in on WhatsApp, phone or email, and Barnaby picks up the phone. A quote you are unsure about, a subbie you are about to take on, a van you are thinking of putting through the company.
The same deadlines, wherever you work
The CIS return on the 19th, PAYE and the pension on the 22nd, the VAT return a month after each quarter. We run that calendar for you and tell you what to put aside, so the bill is planned before it lands.

Moving across is our job, not yours. Free onboarding in the first week, your previous accountant contacted directly so you never have the awkward conversation, and no catch-up fees to move (rules apply).
